Invision released design salary report

Agreed, they should have done a better job compiling this data.
Why are you shocked about race? Also, really wish this document was based on total compensation instead of just base salary. Just base salary is a fairly useless measure.
The best report is by MeasuringU. It allows you to enter your age, education, location, company size and get a number.
