I finished Salesforce interview and offer number recruiter told me is 235k. Feels low to me. Do Salesforce pay around 300 for someone with 7 years experience?
Yeah TC
It might be useful to state, base, target bonus and stock separately.
175+26.25+31.25 base + bonus + rsu and 30k sign on bonus
You could get your RSU to as high as 150k
Thanks for the response
Is it even possible to negotiate a salary from 235 to 350 ?
Yes. You'll probably get a base increase of 10k just for asking. That will push your bonus up. Then ask for much more stock. Companies are more liberal with stock than cash.
Yeah I am blocked by google HC
Salesforce doesn't pay much. That's similar to an offer I received. They didn't want to budge.
I am trying to get an offer on paper before google . If Salesforce will not pay higher than google it make no sense to get a Salesforce offer first isn’t it ?
Yep, they can not pay Google numbers. They might give you a higher level though.
They can match initial google numbers but the refreshers will be lower so you’ll likely end up making less at sfdc over time.
235k is already towards the high end of smts range

Is that base ? Or TC ? Includes stock ? It's low for TC, if it includes stock.
