I'm a Hardware design engineer at Intel. my long term plan is to be in field of management. having said, today the cost of MBA in US is at its skylimits. my question is Is MBA really required for transition from technical to management? what is your suggestion for smooth transition to management? Appreciate any suggestions. thanks
I don't think so. Especially not for technical management. Most MBA don't cover people management and that's way more important than business administration. I
