I accepted an offer from Microsoft but it’s relatively low compared to other companies. I heard some companies increased salaries in order to match the markets after inflation. Will Microsoft adjust salaries in the near future? #microsoft #salaries
Highly unlikely
Why dont you join amazon then?
Because of PIP culture
If your theory is true, amazon would have not build such a big tech industry. No job is permanent, embrace it and learn from the experiences.
Nope, not happening. We have been screaming for compensation since 5 years in every ms poll
There is no need for MS to change things the way it's going
As long as people are at standing in queue to get offer from Microsoft, I don’t see compelling reason for that.
Who said Amazon is increasing salaries?????!!!?????? Please show me the quip doc
No while MSFT has a big supply from Indian and Chinese transfers.. people transfer on L1, have to stay for a while and then leave for a better job/pay.
MS will take care of you. If you made it to MS, you'll be fine both financially and WLB wise
I’ve have always thought Microsoft would be a great company to work for despite comparing TC’s with other companies. I can’t imagine working somewhere with a constant fear of being put on PIP for no reason.
