Because FANG is just a list of 4 internet stocks that at a particular moment in time Cramer really liked. If it was about tech innovation you would add Uber, Apple, and Microsoft. But it's not. It's about what four tech stocks had the most growth potential in 2013.

FANG is not about who pays the most, who has the most difficult interview or who is the most prestigious. It’s a term coined by a stock analyst for stocks that had insane P/E ratios.
It’s mostly salary. Fang usually pay top of market. Maybe not amazon though
