With around 5.5 yoe (starting MSFT at level 59 with 2.5 yoe 3 years ago). 125k Base + 8K SSA + 30K other stock (last year for the sign on stock) So TC is around 180K Started to interview recently and got an offer from Zillow. Didn't get the senior role but the offer looks ok. 155K Base + 180K stock + 55k/45k Sign-on. Tried to negotiate but the recruiter insisted that he started with the most he could give to me. Does it worth to move? How can I negotiate further?

Keep interviewing if you want a higher offer. It’s not too uncommon for people with 3-4 YOE to get 160k+ base and 200k+ stock. Your sign-on is good, though.
