    I had a recruiter from KPMG hit me up too on LinkedIn today. I said no thanks. Depends on your current comp, but they definitely can’t pay me what I’m making now.

    I’m an associate making 6 figures so the answer is it depends. Compared to FAANG and other tech companies? Yeah it’s peanuts. Compared all other jobs? Pretty good.

    Pay is sh*t, but even worse is the work you do there. It functions too bureaucratic-ly. But you can use it as a stepping stone

    As a management consultant associate on the west coast you get paid $69k base + (~5-10%) minimal bonus
