  la croix is carbonated, and combined with a small amount of other citrus flavor - the carbonic + citric acid makes the drink a LITTLE acidic. if you drink a ton of it every day it could affect your teeth a little.
  
  just make sure you drink some tap water every now which will have added flouride and brush your teeth. flavored sparkling water will still be 100x better for you than any soda.

I’m not sure if it’s completely harmless (it probably is though) but it will definitely be better than coke. No caffeine + waaaay less sugar. It’s helped my partner cut down on soda and beer
