Is interviewing with Nest the same as Google now?
I’ve been invited to a phone interview. I feel prepared but not “google prepared” if that makes sense. My plan is to interview with google 5-6months from now once I’m done with all practice companies. If I bomb this, will I lose my google interview chances? I plan on talking to the recruiter about this but wanted to check with folks here as well. Thanks in advance!

Worst division - anyways google talent pool has become worse - I know many who went to Nest and some were those who got fired because of incompetence here (and in some other companies I know)

I have an interview with Nest too and I was wondering if you can share your experience.
They are still separate in terms of recruiting and interview process but your offer will come from Google. The Nest recruiter will tell you that you can transfer within Google after 1-2 years but I don’t know how true that is.
