Is that 60k/yr ? That is a tc of 247.5K which is pretty good for Boston Area .

So that’s a TC of 207.5K which is decent for a non FaNG Boston company for 10 yoe . I think you need competing offers to go any higher .
Base is low. You need 180k base or more. Don’t take a dime under 170k base. Verizon isn’t going to offer stock like a FANG would so you need to negotiate hard on base salary. Just walk away if they don’t move that number up.

Yeah SOME. But i'm willing to bet they are very weak on refreshers compared to FANG. Refreshers is where the money is in FANG. At Verizon you might be stuck with that 60k grant for 2-3 years. I would negotiate hard on that base salary.
