Is it a good time to join Twitter?
Got an offer from Twitter as an EM. I think it will be a good step for my career. I wanted to see what the blind community thinks about Twitter as a company and place to work in 2018? Also what is the TC I should be targeting. Current tc: $210k

How is Yelp dying? You meant not profitable. Yelp will likely get acquired if low on profit. Twitter as well. They are too big to fail right now. Still have plenty of years to go on.
Twitter was supposed to be acquired but got too big too fast. Ship sailed. Now it's sink or swim. If they sink they'll get acquired to the tune of what happened to Yahoo!.

Depends on where you are moving from and what your other options are. The company is trying to turn around, has had some success in doing so but still has execution challenges.
how was the interview process? Do they have coding round for EM?
What team? Dm For details. Culture is great. Impact can be high especially in health/safety or certain teams in bluebird.
