Is it good idea for wife to travel when company applied for wife's H4 visa change of status application? Does application get denied for sure since your i94 number changes? How it does impact future applications?

If she has to travel then she can just get H4 stamped and come back. Since, As soon as she leaves the application gets canceled or withdrawn
