I have 3 yoe. TC : 43 lpa (27 base) Undergrad - CSE from IIT I would like to work in US for a different experience and see how it goes.
You can probably get a job even without the MS.
How does one get a job without MS ?
Apply directly? I know at least a few people with your background who were offered positions (not sure if they eventually got their visas) right out of college. A surer way would be to transfer internally. A lot of people successfully do that here with 3-4 YOE.
Nope . Come to US on h1b
Eh no
A master's degree is always good and at a school like gatech the courses will be quite good, comprehensive and competitive. I will recommend you to actually talk to the current students and alumni at gatech before you decide whether or not to pursue
Don’t. Just find a job and get here on L or H
Nopes. The fact that you are at Salesforce India already put that brand stamp on your CV (also I am guessing you must be from the elite undergrad institutions in India ). Take up MS offer only when its Stanford/ CMU/ Berkeley (MIT has only PhD)
undergrad at IIT in CSE
Gatech is still a good option. Admittedly below Stanford,UCB or CMU
GATech offers an MS in CS program, which can be done remotely. The course requirements are the same for remote and full time students and they get the same degree. Pretty much all requirements to get the degree are the same, except it is cheaper ($7.5k) and does not require you to take GRE. https://www.omscs.gatech.edu/explore-oms-cs
Masters is a way to get into US, online masters doesn't help
If you are using Masters to enter US be prepared to lose your work ex Once you finish your MS every company will treat you as fresh grad
Don’t !! Come on H1 if you want to. Else try switching in India. Don’t come to states !!
Didn't expect so much negativity against coming to states. May I know your reasons.
If you do MS, you'll be wasting money and losing your work ex. Smarter way is to come directly and you'll more or less be paid the same as someone who has done MS. At least that's what I've seen so far.

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
At that TC, I’d recommend trying to get an onsite opportunity through internal transfer.
