I have 6+ years of experience, from OCI and my current compensation is as follows:
Base: 46 LPA
Stocks: 12 LPA per year. (Based on current price)
Total CTC: 58 LPA
My current work is really good and my work-life balance is alright at the moment, I am up for promotion in the next cycle.
I have cleared Amazon (SDE 2) and Microsoft (L62) a few months ago but didn't get enough hike to leave my current job. I rejected Amazon because of WLB issues.
I believe I can clear Google's hiring bar of L4 with a few weeks of LC grind, just thinking if it will be worthwhile investing the time?
PS: In Google, L5 is not possible as per the recruiter, they only consider 9+ YOE.

You can easily try for L5. Minimum for L5 is 5+YOE.
Minimum YOE for senior role at coinbase is 5yoe.
I got L5 EM with ~6.5yoe (recruiter reached out at 6.5 yoe, was at ~7 yoe by the time I joined)
I think your recruiter might not be budging due to your current level in Oracle. They usually have a level mapping for each company and try to fit you in that level.
