Got an offer from Uber but concerned about downturn in the market and layoffs vs staying at MS retirement factory

Edit : yes, it would have been no brainer if I were not on a h1b visa - that’s the part that sucks because yes the offer is so much more and my TC will go down next year by another 10K.
