Netflix probably pays every employee well but if you have some specific skill they need, Google is probably still the king. Levandowski was paid $250million, lol

Hmm I suppose it's the lesser known pharma and I'm basing all of this on the median worker pay from SEC filings. But like geron tech (ive never heard of them before) pays a median of 500k to "workers"

My guess is finance, Google, or FB. I figure median for Netflix is higher but career growth has a longer tail at G or FB.
