Is this a good offer from Bank of America?

I received an offer from Bank of America for 110k (H5) for a Lead Production Services position in Dallas, tx. Is this good or bad? What is the salary range for an H5 or grade 2, I'm not sure which one is used for salary at BofA.

Any other components of the TC. Or 110 is it?

Generally on blind TC don’t include 401k matching.

They do include bonus but I think not if “it depends”.

      Have you checked on levels.fyi?

Thanks for the information... I'm new to asking this type of question. I've never heard of levels.fyi but I'll check it out.

      U r welcome.

This is the best use of blind I think. To not get lowballed.

      Really? For a lead, 110?

I lived in Kentucky and even there my pay was 110 for junior. But it was swe. Not sure about OP's role though.
      So u might be right.

In this actual role 1 year. However, I've been in IT for over 10 years.

For 10 YOE and if you are switching, this is low offer. Dallas generally pays less but you could esaily ask for 125k base

Ding ding ding! So 10YOE, but only the last one year doing this same role.

It’d depend on the work of the role, knowledge it requires, specific skill sets?, etc. if your prior 9yoe don’t add value to you over someone that’s one year out of school but did this role for a year, you cannot expect Senior level high salary offers :(

How can I join such a team?

Why would you car where they are? As long as they are completing their work on time & are available for IM/meetings during the predetermined GMT times, it works!

      You didn’t answer the question.

      And, to answer yours, developer.

For a band 5 this is a typical offer, if you have 10 yoe you might be able to ask for a little more, but this is pretty average.

Seems allow. 10 holidays? That’s too low and also 110k seems low.

Which team? Production services lead will have zero work with just coordination. Good thing is you can shuttle between teams after 1 year.

So this position is just monitoring systems and escalating the actual work to other teams?

110k is a good base for H5 in Dallas with 1 year comparable experience

120k should be ideal. But don’t let it limit you. 120 in Tx is as good as 190 in SF bay area.
