For someone who is in tech and operates his own company for 7 years now, though in industry for about 11 years. Is a salary of $~450k-550k considered good? Do people in Google/apple/fb at a sr. Software eng or management level make about the same? Just trying to compare...

It's very strong. But take into account the perks of working at Goog/FB. And the upside of stocks. Senior devs bring in between $250 ~$400 stock refreshes are a big chunk of that.
