With the stock market crashing, I feel hiring freeze is coming soon. I am just in middle of my preparations and need 2 more months to prepare.
Facebook, twitter, robinhood etc have hiring freezes already which limits my options.
Only company hiring like crazy is amazon which isn't my first option.
Considering the volatility of market is it good time to switch or should I wait it out for about 6 months or so?

If you are working on impactful things at Microsoft, I'd be really surprised if anything happened to you.
But that happens every year. No need to read too much into it, yeah?
