Most of my L6 peers are stuck in the rat race of L7, switching other companies and playing the scope game.
I just don’t care about scope anymore. It’s about freedom to pick what projects you want to work on. Scope is subjective anyways. One persons intern project could have deep value to you if you are passionate about it.
Feels liberating. I was wrong all this time.
