Albert Technical phone Interview and company review?

I have a Technical phone screen interview with Albert is coming up for the Staff Engineer position. What should I expect in the interview? What is the difficulty level of the interview?

Also, how the company culture is like? WLB? pay? Their product seems great and promising, and the company is growing as well. What's the future of the company? Will it go IPO in the next 3-4 years?

Any advice/suggestion/help is appreciated.
