Got approached by a Visa recruiter. What is the TC and its breakdown?
Saw related posts that say 180-220k but that sounds quite low. Maybe because of title inflation but still pretty low. Plus heard a lead engineer that is below director pay band gets low 200k TC. Would appreciate up-to-date info on this.
