We all know that TC growth is faster when we jump ship than wait for internal promotion or merit increase.
I am curious which companies actually rewards tenure by like giving really good refresher or really good TC bump.
I heard Bloomberg and Two Sigma gives good merit increases to prevent employees from leaving. Curious if this is true and any other companies that does this.
