I don't think this role exists at big tech. It was something that legacy companies needed when they were doing custom software development one customer at a time.
I mean, go to facebookcareers.com they literally have 2 postings for business analyst and one of them really sounds more like an entry level data scientist.
At standard firms, you should be able to get minimum $50-$60k, but I agree with workforce... Get a product owner product manager cert and go that direction.

I do agree, however, with what someone else said that product manager is the way to go. BA is definitely an entry level job.
