Getting started - move ? How?

Ok here's where my company is at:
-solving giant niche problem for B2B saas
-great IP for tech solution
-backend near complete
-2 founders
-mockups of front end

We need:
-front end coded
-first customer deal
-funding

I'm in Dallas Texas and sales /funding couldn't be drier. How do I move the ball forward?

Thoughts
-get job in sf or chi to be in a real scene while working on first big customer
-Get angel funding from one of those places to be out there .

What do investors expect to see? Out here - no revenue - no funding

How would you move? How would you fund it?

      It's incredible expensive and maintaining a half-way decent living experience will consume most of your time unless you can find a very manageable job.
