After I failed the onsite for Dropbox, the recruiter emailed and said welcome to apply again in the future.
I replied: since I enjoyed the time with the interviewers and would like to know the feedback, it would help me improve myself for future preparation.
And I was ghosted again. This happened to me all the time when I failed the onsite. But before the interview, they were really helpful and kind.
Why is it? Recruiters weren’t even bothered to write the email to reject my request. They are so mean. I know if I pass the interview, they kiss my sweet butt.
Should I write another email to point out that they are mean and snobby ?

It probably won’t accomplish anything but it has better odds than anything else.
The good ones wouldn’t do it and will always look at your source of future good word of mouth
