Better than most London companies & most travel ones, but don’t expect FANG quality people all round, it’s very mixed from not good to great. Lots of opportunity for impact if you’re someone with drive. London by far the best place to work (almost all VPs & CEO there). Edinburgh & Barcelona depends on the team.
Eng culture is “we want to get better” but lots of leftover junk. A lot better again than other travel companies like booking, Expedia, but far off from what you expect the bar to be at SV companies (and it’s not a SV company). Structure following the Spotify model with regular reorgs.
Company is doing well financially, beating the market and taking market share. In London pay is typically top of the market if you negotiate. But again don’t expect much stock.
