What is the new grad program at JPMorgan called? Is it true that they dont look at your application if your GPA is less than 3.7?
It used to be called TADP or OADP (Tech / Operations Analyst Development Program) . I left chase couple of years ago and considering the number of times they changed the program name while I was there, I am pretty sure it is no longer called that. TADPs are sometimes hired from the Code For Good bootcamps / hackathons which are held across the world, so be sure to get invited for those if you want to stand a chance
It's now called "Software Engineer Program", but you still get all the benefits of TAP. There is a huge compensation bump over 100K+ base with it as well (just like Goldman Sachs)
How is the interview?
Coding test + onsite interview. But, if you can get into "code for good" hackathons or other events, you usually don't have to go through the interview. Required GPA is 3.2 I believe.
The GPA minimum was 3.3 2 years ago. May have changed.
Yes.
