I am not sure what Jamie D meant by expenses are up because of higher bonus and salaries because majority of the rises are similar to previous year. Probably his C execs took the bonus and gave us peasants the usual peanuts 🥜. I have a SSO rating - its 2 strong and one on track my bonus was 7K - I am jumping ship next month and my new company is paying me 2x my current salary fuck J fucking D and this shit hole that doesn’t give 2 cents about its employees l.

I think in general SEPs got a big raise because the starting salaries got higher.
