did JPMC give you exact bonus which they promise in compensation ? If not, then how low it could be ? they are saying it will be the exact every year but if project is in red flag then could be low. but if project is doing good then could be high as well. is this a myth or exactly the case . TC : 140k Base + 35k Bonus
For non producer roles it's more important to think about it from % of salary. You're being told meets expectations is 25%, 10% of that is probably department/company performance and 15% individual contribution. Usually, department/company is 0-15% and personal 5-25% depending on how department and you rank relative to your peers.
Also, location? Team based .. You might be given 35k for first without any strings attached because that comes from different budget
Yes, then first year bonus will as written in contract . Second year onwards based on different components like your performance, your team performance and company performance
Isn’t the bonus written as a part of the offer contract as a guarantee

How can I find success dating in NYC
Its based on your review, company performance, projects. And basically politics.
If they say 35k then how low they can get ? If that’s really low then I should actually negotiate on getting base higher.
I'm not sure what your contract says, but bonuses aren't guaranteed. Some people don't get bonuses. Some don't get raises. They always find a way to justify. I would negotiate a higher base rate
