Hey wondering if anyone has any information about being a software dev in JPM cybersecurity division
Visa actually treats their infosec really well, we are definitely spoiling them from everything I've seen and everyone I know If you're interested in that line of work and want to be respected in the work place you should apply here. the only downside (for some) is that you will be on the east coast
depends on experience and education Can be anywhere from 75-150k from what I know It's definitely not where you go to make pure $$$ but for work life balance and being respected it's really good everyone seems happy there
250k person company. Without more detail is hard to say anything meaningful. Dm me if you want with more exact info. It's this in NJ or the new Seattle office?

Guys who don’t work out: why?
You'll be a second class citizen. Don't do it. Infrastructure and back office roles in finance pay less than high tech with poorer work life balance and fewer benefits. This is magnified for infosec, which is considered closer to IT than back office software engineering in large banks.
can't be worse than infosec at a tech company
Heh, that you'd say that leads me to believe you've never worked infosec at a tech company. It's absolutely worse.
