Hi everyone,
I recently received an offer from Ford for an HTHD engineering role at the Dearborn campus.
Base salary is 90K in GSR5. Sign on bonus is 9K and yearly AICP bonus is 4K.
My current salary at Aptiv 78K with a yearly salary increase of 6%.
Current experience is 2 yrs of internship + 1 year of professional experience around various tier 1 suppliers. Also currently enrolled in Masters program for EE if that makes any difference.
I just wanted some feedback to see if there is any feasible improvement that can be made to my offer.
If anyone is able to share any info about merit base salary increases too that'd be great.
