Hello folks, I am in final stages with Red Hat France.

I would like to ask how is the culture over there? How are the people/managers?

My offer is 43k, yoe: 0, only internships.

Is it low for a junior software developer?

Current TC: 18k a year as intern.

    No it is not low, 43k is a decent pay for a junior with 0 yoe. Some lucky folks may get up to 45k sometimes.
