I received my i140 approval today. I have an offer from Meta and I want to switch as soon as possible.
Fragomen attorney mentioned that it can take 30 days for them to upload a soft copy. Do I really need the soft copy? Or can I switch even before I get a soft copy?
If anyone filed for foia, please let me know if I can file right away? Or should I wait for a couple of weeks to do this?
