  Ask HR to tell you the band of CC02 salaries. They’re allowed do that, it ain’t confidential information. I didn’t even think 79k fell under CC02. Target $90k at minimum. A lot of this is BU dependent but yes, $79k is underpaid

Seems underpaid to me. I was making 78k at SG23 in Minnesota (same pay bands as Indiana) with 2 YOE. I would get a competitive offer and use that to leverage if you want to stay.
