Hi I’m wondering if this offer is in line with other offers at HubSpot or similar tech companies.

Role- Senior Data Analyst

Remote (will be in L/MCOL area in southeast)
Base- 140K
Rsu- 60k/3 years
Sign on - 5k
TC- 160k
Yoe- 5 (3 relevant) and Masters

Current TC- 105

    I think data analyst pay varies widely among companies so it's a large range. At my company we pay them on same bands as SWE (prob less stock though). But I've worked other places and it's much less.

    Did they tell you there was no negotiating?

      This is after negotiations, and acc to Glassdoor their range for this role is much lower, so I just wanted to get some insight as to whether this is considered a good offer, given the role is more business driven.
