Jet. com work culture?
Anybody know how the work culture is at Jet. com (now Walmart) ? Everything from bonuses, politics, work-life balance? How are the people overall? Management etc?
I don't know if Money$$$ said that as sarcasm, cus I was glassdoring jet few weeks ago and it had horrible reviews... But I'll take the word of actual experience frm Money$$$ here
Most of Glassdoor is hourly workers call centers etc. Hoboken office is a great environment.
I agree with Money$$$. Obviously there is a transaction since we are now part of a larger Corp machine but culture comes down to location, team, etc... There is very different culture in Sunnyvale CA Hoboken vs Arkansas...
Talented people. Comp is on par for the area but comes with a great culture that you don’t find in Finance. There will always be people who complain but it still is a great place to be. Excellent work life balance.

It’s still separate from labs with it’s own culture. Excellent work life balance bordering on absurd. Great office.
