I have been in the tech industry for about 4 years, this is my first job out of college. I believe I am severely underpaid. I really love working in the cloud with specifically aws. I just passed my aws solutions architect professional certification recently, I have secret clearance. I have been told by many friends that I need to leave. Any ideas what range of compensation I should be asking for? What companies would be good for an AWS architect. Also I was thinking of trying to work for Amazon since I have so many aws skills but it seems like a lot of people on blind say that the work life balance at Amazon is horrible. Also I would like to wfh. Thoughts/Suggestions of TC an companies to target?
