I zone out during team wide meetings. There's always 3 - 4 people who talk and the rest of us are off camera

What do you do to try to remain engaged on team calls? I feel like napping during these meetings especially when I hear "Let's take it offline", so why I'm here?

Edit: if you want real advice, the only way to stay engaged is to participate. Ask questions, suggest shit, etc
If it's a team meeting, the manager has to make it relevant for everyone, or accept that they need to allow sub units of the team to meet at whatever cadence works best for them.
