Job description is full of typos. That’s a bad sign for the company, right?

Go to https://trivium-esolutions.com/careers/ Then open the job description for „Munich office: (Senior-) Software Developer - Java Stack“ and read. It’s obviously copy paste but inserted at the wrong place. It seems no one cares about the description

Bad sign of a weak HR department. Not sure if I would go that far about a company

I would stay far away. They do not pay attention to detail. How would they handle your urgent needs internally?

Anything with solutions in the name is already a bad sign. Basically means you will be subcontracted out.

Meaning you’ll work at another company?

Lyft xFFu83 May 13, 2019

Basically, just means you are not being paid market rate because there is a middle man that needs their cut.

No, it’s a bad sign for the person who wrote the job description, the person who manages that person and the function head. I wouldn’t go as far to say the entire company, however.

Would you feel the same if Facebook or Netflix had a typo in their job posting?

I know that at Facebook and Netflix there are high caliber people working there, so it wouldn’t bother me that much. But I would have second thought that maybe the fb/ Netflix division I’m applying to may not be the Creme de la Creme. But in the end I’d probably go anyway because of the big name But in this case you don’t the big name. It’s in fact an Indian company I never heard of before
