Is it a good time for an H1b visa holder to switch job? I am hearing lot of news regarding problems in h1b transfer.please suggest?
Mine went just fine... As long as your new company can prove it is a specialty occupation you are safe
That is correct ... I know people who have changed 5-6 times on h1b in 5 yeas ... green card wait is too long . Can’t make life stagnant on these decisions
If your job matches your education background and the company you’re applying has filled a lot H1b before you are totally good. Otherwise you might get RFE.
Nope..u should go home

Transferring H1b visa will never be a good time. Does it mean you are willing to wait forever until you get your green card ? And if you are from India, means you are never going to get one anytime soon. You are here to build your career and gain experience. Don't hold yourself back for pursuing better opportunities. Life is too short to keep waiting for green card.
I just want to be cautious ...I want better opportunities and build a better career but don't want to rush into things....many people are getting RFE
RFEs always clear up eventually.
