Job switch to google
I am undergoing a lot of confusion with respect to job switch. I am currently working a reputed company with good compensation ; few months back I was stressed and I started looking for jobs and got an offer from google now things are stablized and , I am confused whether I should Join google or not, in my current job I am the most critical guy lot of decision flows through me what should I do? google is on new work I will have to prove again start over Experience: 13 years current CTC 29 l pa INR (India) google offer 38 L PA INR

Whether or not you are 'critical' to any particular projects or company does not matter. If you decide you want to leave, just do your best to prepare your co-workers for success without you. I also wouldn't not worry about proving yourself and starting over again. Teams are constantly looking for people to take ownership of things and nobody is gonna stop you if you want to move quickly. Google is pretty nice, honestly you'll probably be happy at google as long as you're adequately compensated.
What about future growth prospects?
