Got a receipt for transfering my H1b visa from company A to company B. If I join company B now, and two months later, the visa transfer petition gets denied, can I go back to company A (provided that the company A wants me back)?
I also have an approved I-140 with company A, if I go back, do I need to go thru the PERM and I-140 process again with company A (provided that company A never revokes my I-140)?
