Currently at a noname consultancy; married with kids - ~$210k TC all cash in Seattle area
Offers:
1) another relatively no name consulting company $220k max potential with lower guaranteed money, effectively a demotion needing to prove my worth in leadership.
2) work for staffing firm as contractor to hire at big Seattle public company TC ~$250k with intent to convert - would mean paying out of pocket for healthcare/etc
3) stay put & keep looking
4) try to revive offer from another consultancy that might be able to beat current and #1 choice, but likely lower TC (higher probably with benefits) than #2
5) another revival option with a relative startup with cash ~$200k and equity
6) other options that haven't made offer yet, but will likely in the next couple weeks
Denied by Grab, Microsoft (for a specific role, a good fit otherwise) and Zillow, all due primarily to my sucking at Leetcoding.
I can push on roles at the bigger companies (Uber, Google, etc), but presumably that's just more Leetcode failures despite being pretty good in my field.
Thoughts?

Otherwise I would keep studying and Leetcooding.
Don’t get discouraged for some failures in interviews, make sure you don’t make the same mistakes you did before and just keep getting better.
The ones who think they can do it and the ones who think they cannot are both right.
Good luck!
