Juniper vs sensor tower

Asking this for a friend. He has two offers 1. junipe acquired company App formix :AppFormix is a fundamental building block of Contrail Enterprise Multicloud for enterprises and Contrail Cloud for service providers. role : software engineer backend. ~130k, 5k signing bonus and 800RSU and 11% yearly bonus . Tech stack - python, docker, kubernetes etc. The job role is for a cloud infrastructure and application monitoring team. 2. startup called sensor tower :Sensor Tower is the leading solution for mobile marketers, app developers, and industry analysts who demand superior competitive insights into the mobile market economy and are looking to increase app downloads through app store optimization. Role - senior full stack engineer ~138k , signing bonus 10k, not sure about the RSUs and bonus yet. Tech stack : Ruby on rails, mongo db, knockout JS. basically participate in development life cycle, including design, coding, testing and production release Which among these would be a more pragmatic choice career wise ?

I came from the ad world and not a fan of sensor towers product. Google/apple nerfed ASO pretty hard, so organic search isn't appealing for apps. App Annie is the leader for app store data and not sure sensor tower adds enough value. Just my 2c on the product itself

AppFormix and the Contrail cloud are the better teams in Juniper in terms of stability and cutting edge tech. Do not know about sensor tower.

Juniper overall is doing really bad, lay offs every 6 months. That said Appformix and contrail are good places to be at.
