I am currently working with Walmart and recently got an offer from Cisco L6 (tc is 28% higher) however I recently got a compensation increase (not by a lot about 2%~3%) i know it might be no brainer to take Cisco, but is Cisco a safe company? As in future growth, Walmart will always be here since they are a retailers.
Also does Cisco have better benefits and Wlb than Walmart?
Any input are much appropriated

Btw Cisco is never safe considering yearly/frequent/regular layoffs so you should look at the BU/Prod/Location to make a decision. Those details and TC/YOE/Grade would help people suggest if its safe or not in short term.
Jump later after short break. Prepare well next time for bigger jump. Take Cisco !!!!
And WebEx is really awesome in recent years i think eventually old customer like Walmart will move back to WebEx.
It is worth to consider software company since you are in Walmart (I feel they are just a IT wing to their retail business, i too have friends in Walmart and I am also holding an offer from Walmart. Heard that their process is not good). Cisco is defenitly a company to consider.
