Sonder or Macy’s ?
Sonder = startup, series c, 145 base + 6000, stock options, 10 sign on, ml engineer Macy’s = 180 base, 20 bonus, 15 sign on, lead ml engineer Also, I’m on #h1b & confused!

Chances of those Sonder options ever being worth anything are very low so I like the Macy’s offer.
sounds like the macy offer gives you more responsibility
Sonder sucks - arrogant team and I know many who I have worked with in past ;) On h1 Macy’s would be safer - sonder can go under anyday , though they claim to be like Airbnb

I work at Macy’s. That base for Macy’s is valid for lead.
YOE? That base for Macy’s is insane for a non tech company
