KPMG Internal Transfer from Australia to the USA

Hello everyone - I am currently an R&D incentives consultant at KPMG Australia. My probation will end in February.

I am looking to get an internal transfer to the USA early next year as my spouse is moving there. Does anyone know the process of internal transfer at KPMG?
