Hi - I am currently using by 60 day grace period to stay in the US after having my H1B transfer thru SoftVision denied by USCIS. KForce offered me a consulting job in Salt Lake City Utah for $73/hour and I was wondering if KForce’s immigration team is competent and transparent about the process? TC - 0
Kforce is good I heard. What's d reason for denial. Your new application acceptance will also be based on that
Not sure ... SoftVision didn’t share the RFE or Denial details with me. Why would a new H1B petition by a different employer ( KForce ) depend on the denial thru a different employer ( SoftVision ) ?
If denial is for a job because you don't have educational background etc for example. And you are trying for same job family we never know right. They can see all d history.
Because the denial is on your record and it's a red flag. Find out the reason if you can
Really ? Aren’t two H1B petitions independent of each other .... besides H1B petition denial is not same as visa denial or deportation
New grad?
Nope ... experienced
