Deloitte S&O 2nd year analyst comp?

I'm moving to the United States from India in April as a Permanent Resident. I'm currently a 1st year Analyst at Deloitte India - my team used to be under S&O and after the restructuring became part of Digital Customer & Marketing. I joined them straight out of undergrad and I hold an Econ degree.

At the moment I'm not sure which practice and location I will join in Deloitte US.

1) What is the salary I can expect for a 2nd year analyst if I retain the same profile at Deloitte?
What salary can I expect in a similar role at other big 4s? (assuming the location to be NY for the time being)

2) How much would this salary be if I were to instead be on-boarded on the specialist / product track at Deloitte ?

  • Op you can speak to concerned sl partner or ur respective practice partner regarding the practice n role in us. Lot of people hve moved from india dcm to other member firms. While team is mostly same unless u hve connections in the member firm you are moving to. In this case you can move to another practice there. Also if open roles r in diff sl then u might b asked to join that team.Since ur from dcm i suggest speak to AK or ur practice partner( kdg, AV OR AB) to get more clarity.Comp discussion should happen b4 u move. Its fairly standard across ex legacy s&o sl

    1. Use levels.fyi.

    My BA friends make around ~80k with negligible bonus until a promotion.

    Similar Big 4s: KPMG around 75k, idk about the others.

    I believe they have fixed band's and pays the same across all locations based on your level and Offering Portfolio etc... Unless something changed in recent times.
